  After a extremely bad experience at another local Verizon store we decided to get a second opinion from another store. All though a smaller Verizon store with a little less accessories or phone options, my wife and I had such a great customer service experience. It was actually nice to have a less busy store really take the time to help us. And they actually took the time to understand our very easily fixed problem where the other store didnt. They were prompt friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough how customer service makes this place great.
